What payment methods are accepted?

All payments are made to Mosaic S.p.A.
Creative-cables.co.uk is the trading name of Creative-Cables Srl Unipersonale.
Debit / Credit Card payments
Payments can also be made through our secure Multisafepay gateway. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
PayPal
All payments are processed through PayPal, the leader in online payments. Payments can be made directly from a paypal account if you hold one or any Debit or Visa Credit Card. You are not required to create a paypal account to make your payment.
PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.
Bank wire
By choosing this option you can pay by bank transfer. The data will be provided upon confirmation of the order. Using this type of payment the shipping times could be longer: the preparation and shipping of the purchased items takes place, in fact, only after receipt of payment. In any case you will be notified by e-mail of the correct receipt of payment and the start of the shipping process.

How long does it take to prepare my order?

Orders are generally packaged and dispatched from our facility in London within 24 to 48 hours. If the items you are ordering are from “Ready to use” section of our website the dispatch time could be longer.
For urgent orders please contact our customer support team so that they can advise if we are able to dispatch your order sooner.

When will I receive my order when it is shipped?

All shipments within United Kingdom are carried out by DPD couriers. You can make your selection during check out where shipping times are advised. Delivery times are calculated from the time of dispatch, please note that weekends and bank holidays are excluded.
